Healdsburg Chains and Fast Food

What's interesting to me is not so much who is on the list as who isn't. It's clear that some market for fast food and restaurant chains exists in Healdsburg's food ecology, but there's not enough demand for Wendy's, Burger King, or a stand alone Taco Bell. I like to think it's due to our superior taste buds, but we're probably just too small a town to make the cut for some of the big national outfits. So, if you need a fast fix for fries, try Fast Eddie's. You won't be disappointed.
